We've seen a bunch of kids get into trouble this year asking people to prom in elaborate ways. Here's yet another.

Some kid near Boise, Idaho spray painted "Destiny, prom?" in giant blue and pink letters on the side of a cliff. The thing is, those cliffs are on federal land and they're actually sacred to Native Americans.

The police say, "Whoever did this did a lot of damage aesthetically and culturally." They're working with the local schools to try to figure out who did it. He could be facing a $1,000 fine, up to six months in jail, and possibly federal charges beyond that.
