Is “Sports Illustrated” Jinxing the Iowa Hawkeyes?

Poking around on the internet, and I noticed that the Iowa Hawkeyes are on the cover of Sports Illustrated. I'd like to be writing about how great this is for the Hawks to finally be recognized blah blah blah, but all I can think to myself is, "Great. Now they jinxed us." Is anyone else feeling like this?

I know I should be happy, but it just seems like every time I turn around I'm waiting for the rug to be pulled out from underneath of the Hawkeyes. I guess time will only tell.
