In Honor of VCR Day: Kids Struggling to Use a VCR
The VCR revolutionized home media ever since it was invented in 1956 and then mass produced in the 70s. Suddenly home movies became a thing and television was able to be recorded and watched later.
With the onset of DVDs, the VCR has all but gone the way of the Dodo. So it's no wonder that there's such a generation gap when it comes to this "retro" technology. "Be kind, rewind" has no meaning to kids these days.
Watch these kids try to figure out a VCR. To their credit, they can probably get the clock to stop flashing "12:00."
