In Defense of Skid Row

I can't imagine the naughty, dirty, disgusting things I would do if I were offered the kind of money Skid Row has been offered to reunite with Sebastian Bach.

The fact that they haven't gone after the money grab and have stuck to their guns all these years makes me respect these guys even more.

Skid Row was my very first concert.  Palmer Auditorium, 1992.  Some unknown band called Soundgarden was opening and my feathered mullet was amazing!  For a 15-year-old it was an unbelievable introduction into live rock & roll.

Loud Guitars!  Crowd Surfing!  And some girl right behind me doing blow off the bleacher seat.

So, yeah...26 years later we have all changed a bit.  I'm still in the bleachers...but I stay away from the goth girl.  And Skid Row have decided to do things on their own terms.  Because that spazy girl with giant pupils seems like a great time...but you don't want that kind of drama following you to the next town.

Wild Rose Casino & Resort announces Skid Row will be rocking out in the Oakwood Grand Ballroom on September 7, 2018. Performance time is scheduled for 8 p.m. Tickets are $30. Tax and convenience fees not included.
