While riding a train near Dusseldorf, Germany last week, a passenger spotted a "lifeless body" near the tracks. They called the police and told them the person was in red pants, a blue shirt, a red hat, and had a beard.

A huge search-and-rescue mission kicked off and eventually a helicopter crew spotted the lifeless body. It turned out to be a deflated Papa Smurf balloon.
