Home Renovators Discover Hidden 1950s Suitcase Filled with Treasure
A couple in Cleveland, Ohio made a crazy discovery while renovating their 1940s home. Their remodeling project revealed an old suitcase packed with cash.
Once they popped the case open, they found three packages wrapped in wax paper and Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper dated March 25, 1951. In the packages were a whole bunch of twenty dollar bills and hundreds.
The total came out to about $23,000.
