High school senior Scott Dunn got into a serious car crash last month near McAlisterville, Pennsylvania. Doctors had to put him into a medically induced coma to save his life.

Scott pulled through. He has some pretty bad scars on his face, but he survived.

When he woke up, they told him what day it was. The very first thing he said was that he missed his graduation, it happened three days after the crash. So the principal told his family he wanted to hold another graduation, just for Scott.

It happened last Tuesday, and more than half his class showed up in their caps and gowns. They walked with him to the song "Pomp and Circumstance," gave him a standing ovation when he received his diploma and gathered around him to toss their caps.

Scott talked to the local news afterward, and said it was amazing to know so many people in his community care about him so much.
