4 or 5 years ago, the whole "Meatless Monday" concept was getting a lot of ink.  Today, not so much.  Of course you can still go to the website of Paul McCartney and his daughters and sign up for the cause, but it seems that the campaign has all but gone away from mainstream marketing sources.

For several reasons ranging from reducing water and grain consumption, lowering gas emissions, to ethical and health considerations, there have been many cards played over the years to try and reduce the world's interest in eating meat.  So for old times' sake, you wanna keep the cover on the grill today?   I didn't think so.
