Jones Acevedo Monroy, a 32-year-old from Chiuahua, Mexico, goes by the nickname "The Gentleman." Clearly it's because he's a charming smooth talker who doesn't get easily flustered.

The Gentleman was at a bar this weekend, being his usual charming self, that rubbed one guy the wrong way. 30-year-old Miguel Armendariz was SO upset by the Gentleman's smoothness that he stabbed him in the head with a pair of scissors.

The scissors were partially lodged in the Gentleman's brain, but he still kept his cool.

A friend took him to the hospital, and when he walked in with the scissors sticking out of his head, he shook the receptionist's hand and told her he, "seemed to have a small problem." Then he fainted.

Doctors performed emergency surgery, and amazingly, the Gentleman was okay. Miguel was arrested on Monday.
