Grandfather Accidentally Records Himself Instead of Proposal

A man had a great plan to propose to his girlfriend in a picturesque way. Unfortunately recording footage of the moment was left in some technologically-impaired hands.

The couple of eight years met up with a family on the Sandia Peak Tramway in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The man had pulled one of the younger family members aside and gave him a phone to record the planned proposal.

At some point in the journey, the person with the phone handed it to his grandfather and entrusted him to record the video. Which he did, in a way.

Instead of a video of their proposal, the couple now has an old man's reaction. It's actually kind of heartwarming.
