Graffiti Artist Paints Wangs Around Pot Holes to Get Them Fixed

Greater Manchester, England has a new superhero on the streets, a graffiti artist known only as Wanksy. Armed with washable spray paint, Wanksy has been highlighting the city's pot holes by painting comedic wangs around them.
