Golfer Suing After Being Run Over By Port-a-Potty

I'm pretty sure this is the first time a golfer has been injured like this.

Brian Berg was playing golf in Elk Grove Village, Illinois back in August, and he was watching his six-iron shot from the fairway to the green, when suddenly he was blasted from behind.

What hit him? A speeding Port-a-Potty.

Apparently one of the employees was taking the Port-a-Potty in for some repairs, so he'd loaded it up on a forklift and was driving it across the course. But it was blocking his view and he didn't see Brian standing there.

Brian was knocked unconscious and wound up with an injured shoulder, a cracked rib, and some cuts and bruises. He just filed a lawsuit against the course on Wednesday for more than $50,000 in damages.
