Every professional football game begins with a coin toss, it decides which team will receive and which will kickoff. Super Bowl 51 will be no different, but a very special guest will be flipping the coin.

President number 41 himself, George H.W. Bush will be tossing the coin before the New England Patriots and the Atlanta Falcons go head-to-head. But what about his questionable health you ask?

Jim McGrath is the spokesman for the former president and he says, "The Bushes didn't hesitate for one second in accepting it. They couldn't be prouder of their hometown and the Texans organization."

Earlier this year Bush Sr. spent two weeks in the hospital due to pneumonia, but is apparently healthy enough to attend the game.
