Yeah, I get it. The Cubs are great this year. Have the staff and the attitude to win it all. But as that organization knows better than anyone, even if it all seems lined up with the stars in heaven, sometimes (Well, every time for the Cubs) it comes crashing down.

So I can't blame the fans for celebrating, loudly, like it's your first fake-ID drunk at a bar. But I am nearing the end of my tolerance with the celebration of every, tiny thing. Maybe I'd be the same way if I waited my whole life for my favorite team to win a championship.

There's a lot of baseball left to play. Will our Cards make it to the playoffs? I don't know. But there's only one June, and the Cubs do it so well. Swoon on.
