Florida Woman Arrested After Hitting Police Officer With Used Tampon

28-year-old Tecora Fields was involved in a fight Monday night in St. Petersburg, Florida. When police arrived, she began issuing threats.

According to Officer Andre Sousa, Fields yelled out “I’ll hit you with my tampon you bitch!” She was then observed "with both her hands in her genital area, with her pants open.”

Fields then threw her tampon at the cop, hitting him in the left shoulder. She then tried to flee into a nearby home, but was tased and apprehend.

Fields was charged with aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer. The criminal complaint states that the crime was carried out, “by use of a deadly weapon, to-wit: a used tampon.”
