Florida Man Shot, Killed Brother Over Cheeseburger

25-year-old Benjamin Middendorf of St. Cloud, Florida was arrested on charges of first-degree murder last Thursday after he shot and killed his brother... over a cheeseburger.

Middendorf shot his brother, Nicholas, in the chest while they were having a dispute over the burger. Nicholas was pronounced dead at the scene and Benjamin is being held at the Osceola County Jail with no bond.

No other details about the fight have been released.
