Florida Man Arrested For Throwing Alligator Through Drive-Thru Window
Joshua James' pranking ways have landed him in custody of the U.S. Marshals. The 23-year-old was arrested after throwing a three and a half foot alligator through a Wendy's drive-thru window.
James' mother says, "He’s a prankster. He does stuff like this because he thinks it’s funny." She told WPTV that this was all a prank aimed at a friend who works at Wendy's.
Joshua is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, illegally killing, possessing or capturing an alligator, and second-degree larceny petit theft. The gator was released into a nearby canal.
