Florida Judge Bans Man From Ordering Pizza

Does this count as cruel and unusual punishment? I say take the case all the way to the Supreme Court.

49-year-old Randy Riddle in Sebastian, Florida was just legally banned from getting pizza delivery. Apparently Randy has a serious history of harassing pizza delivery places.

He ordered more than $650 worth of pizzas during a three-week stretch in June, but refused to pay for them, sent them to fake addresses, or tried to return them for being, "gross." Eventually he was arrested for making harassing phone calls and petty theft.

He just got probation and a condition of it is that he can't call pizza places anymore, or have them deliver pizzas to him. That's some serious punishment in the American justice system right there.
