Police in Niles, Ohio were responding to a theft report from a pet store when they passed by the perpetrators: two men on a motorcycle with a fish tank.

One guy was driving and the other was perched behind him with the stolen aquarium held in front of him. The passenger, upon seeing the cops, jumped off and broke the still-in-the-box aquarium. A short time later, another officer found the bike and a "nervous-looking" man who was pruning a tree barehanded.

52-year-old Mitchell Adkins and 46-year-old Christopher Binion were arrested on theft charges.
