Fan Takes Baseball to Face and Drops Giant Bowl of Poutine

This poor guy will probably never look at poutine the same way again. At the very least, he won't be trying to catch anymore baseballs with a bowl of the stuff.

The Mariners were hosting the Toronto Blue Jays at Safeco Field in Seattle and, as a show of hospitality, they included some Canadian cuisine in a promotion. The fan was handed a big bowl of fries, gravy, and cheese curds and had to use it to catch a baseball.

Unfortunately for this guy, he failed gloriously. The fan tripped while running towards the ball and spilled the poutine all over the field. To make matters worse, the baseball bounced and hit the guy square in the face.
