Fan Catches Foul Ball in Beer Cup, Chugs Beer
This woman wasn't about to let something like a foul ball landing in her beer ruin her day.
We spoke with Krista about her whole experience with the beer ball.
The woman in the video has been identified as 24-year-old Krista Dotzenrod.
“I was told they were amazing seats because you can catch a lot of foul balls,” Dotzenrod, 24, said Saturday night of her seats in the second row near third base. “I was sitting there, and all of a sudden there is a ball in my cup. It fell straight in there. I didn’t know what to do.”
“Everyone behind me told me to chug my beer,” she said. “So I did. It was a Green Line beer from Goose Island.”
