Family Booted Off Delta Flight Over Child’s Seat

Brian Schear says he and his family were kicked off a Delta flight because he refused to give up the seat that his 2-year-old son was sitting in.

The family were traveling from Hawaii to Los Angeles when they were told, "You have to give up the seat or you're going to jail, your wife is going to jail and they'll take your kids from you."

They argued with an airline employee before agreeing to hold the child for the flight. But it was too late and the family was ask to leave the plane.
