Elevator Shoots Up 31 Floors in 15 Seconds

A guy in Chile got in the elevator at his apartment complex on Friday and it suddenly started shooting up. It flew up 31 floors in 15 seconds and crashed into the ceiling. Now he's in the hospital with leg and head injuries and may not walk again because of spinal damage.
