DUI Suspect Threatens to Call CNN During Arrest

Former teacher Colleen Loughman tried to use the line "I'm going to call CNN," to get out of a DUI arrest. As you can probably guess, it didn't work.

Florida Highway Patrol responded to a damaged vehicle driving on the rim when they found the 43-year-old sitting in her still running car with a toddler in the back seat. She smelled of alcohol and was slurring her words.

The troopers attempted to arrest Loughman after she failed a field sobriety test, she then began screaming and threatening to call CNN.

She is being charged with DUI and child abuse without great bodily harm.
