Sheriff's deputies in Hernando County, Florida responded to a call the other night about a gold Toyota Scion that was driving recklessly near an apartment complex.

Witnesses saw the driver crashing into mailboxes and other vehicles before parking his car. A man who was walking his dog approached the driver, identified as 24-year-old James Daniel, and an argument broke out. Daniel pushed the man and ran away.

Hernando County Sheriff’s Office helicopter located the DUI suspect a short distance away, lying on his back between a couple air conditioning units. A test of his BAC showed it at .316 percent, Daniel was charged with DUI and battery.
