I've always wanted to get in home brewing, but haven't found the time. I've been a part of a couple brews, cooks, whatever you call them...and it looks like a lot of work. A lot of trial and error goes into it and if you make a crappy batch of beer you're screwed. Now you've got a case or more  to pawn on off on your drunken friends or force it down yourself
