You would think that snow would be the best weather to have a Christmas tree parade in, apparently that's not the case. Quad City Arts have cancelled their annual Festival of Trees Parade.

The week-and-a-half long Festival of Trees celebration at the River Center was expected to continue as normal. According to a Facebook post from Quad City Arts, even though the parade is off, patrons can still go to the Festival of Trees at the River Center on Saturday, November 21, starting at 9 a.m.
