Criminal With Hickey Collar Arrested Again

19-year-old Micah Musser made headlines last year after he was arrested and his mugshot showed off his neck covered in hickeys.

The "Hickey King" was booked into the Louisville Metro Corrections Jail in June of 2017 after police found him in and abandoned building with empty booze containers.

Back in March Musser was arrested again, this time for burglary and criminal mischief charges which he just pleaded guilty to. The "Hickey King" will go through a five-year diversion program and will need to enter a rehab facility.

Musser's neck was hickey-free during his most recent criminal case.
