Two men in Saitama, Japan were arrested for manslaughter after they shoot compressed air up the butt of a coworker and inadvertently killed him. The two employees for an industrial waste treatment plant allegedly held the man down and then used an industrial-strength air compressor to give him the balloon treatment.

The man's abdomen swelled and he complained of pain so his two coworkers took him to the hospital. He died that evening from acute peritonitis.
