A Tennessee man called the cops on his neighbors twice last week, once because of their loud sex and once when they got into a screaming match.

57-year-old Mark Galin was in his apartment in Rogersville when his neighbors started getting-it-on. His neighbors are 33-year-old Allen Richards and 32-year-old Erin Lawson. They were so loud, Mark could hear them through the walls. So he called the cops to report the noise.

A few hours later, he called the cops on them again, this time it was because they were screaming at each other. So the cops came and broke up the fight.

When the cops left, Mark's neighbors turned their rage against each other into rage against Mark and attacked. Erin hit him with a rake and broke the handle, then stabbed him in the arm with the jagged part of the stick. Allen took that opportunity to hit him with a board.

They were both arrested and charged with aggravated assault. It's Allen's 45th arrest since 2001 and Erin's 31st.
