No matter how bad your boss treats you, this still seems awfully extreme. 32-year-old Erick Cox is a construction worker in Sanford, Florida. He's on a team that's building a new Walmart.

Last week he got into a huge argument with his 57-year-old boss, a guy named Perry Byrd. Erick drove a front-end loader right up to Perry and dumped a load of dirt on him.

That knocked him down and Erick quickly dumped another load on him, so Perry's body was almost completely buried and he couldn't move. Erick then got out and started hitting him in the head with an aluminum level.

Other people came over and broke it up, and helped dig Perry out. But he had to go to the hospital to get stitches in his head. Erick was arrested and charged with aggravated battery. Oh, and his nickname at work is "Pork Chop," which seems appropriate.
