Park Rangers at the Colorado National Monument are looking for the vandals that graffitied a promposal around the park.

Somebody wrote several messages on boulders including: "Prom...ise?", "You're perfect to me", and "I promise to love you forever and always!"

The graffiti will remain for now while preservationists analyze the damage. After they confirm that no subtle paintings were ruined, the vandalism will be meticulously removed.

The maximum penalty for this kind of vandalism comes with a six month prison sentence and a $5,000 fine.
