Listen people, if you're sitting behind the wheel, your focus should be on driving safely. That being said, do not do what this guy did.

A traffic officer in Vancouver spotted a driver wearing headphones while driving, and then noticed a tablet and smartphone tied to his steering wheel. The guy had his own personal mobile entertainment system.

After a lengthy conversation about road safety, the driver was tickets $62 for not being able to produce a driver's license. The officer thought it was more effective to lecture the driver instead of fining him for distracted driving.

A distracted driving ticket would have come with a fine of $368.
