Bottle temp at opening: 35 degrees.

Drinking temp: 36 degrees.

Nose: Freshly baked bread.

Taste: Like a Farmer at a Biker Rally--you sure know it's there!

Wheat beers are not high on my wish list as a rule.  But man, this refreshingly crisp offering from BVLD. has all of the toast, none of the hefty aftertaste.  This would go great in the basement at the end of the day, or with a big steak, or while working on the car (not too many while running the engine...)

I can hardly wait to tell Billy's mom about this, so she can yell at me that's it's not "white beer...it's WHEAT BEER!  WHEAT. BEER.
