Bob Seger DAYS

Many rockers get a day in their honor declared by their home state, or hometown, or even from a city they have sung about... but not many can say they have 2 in the same state.  Bob Seger can!

Bob Segar has been awarded official days in his honor twice.  The first was declared Michigan's Governor Jennifer Granholm back in 2004 after his Hall of Fame induction, the second was after a long awaited tour in 2011 by Governor Rick Snyder.  So every March 15th and every March 28th, Michigan celebrates Bob Seger in some way.

Makes me wonder...why don't we have a dual-state honorary day for say... Dwyer & Michaels?  Would that be the first of it's kind?
