Padres outfielder Justin Upton was angry after he got picked off on Saturday, and tried to spike his helmet into the ground when he got back to the dugout. He accidentally threw it behind him and hit one of his teammates in the head.

The teammate was first baseman Yonder Alonso. It hit him hard enough that he actually fell off the bench he was sitting on. Then he couldn't play the rest of the game, because he had to get checked for a concussion. Luckily he's okay.

He didn't play yesterday, but apparently he has a sense of humor about it, because he was sitting in the dugout in full catcher's gear.
