Bank Robber Caught After Giving Interview On Live TV

An alleged bank robber took a break to speak with a local news team. His little on-the-street interview ended up leading to his arrest. What a surprise.

Eric Rivers has been accused of robbing two banks in Gwinnett County, Georgia and police are crediting an interview with CBS45 for helping to find him. The crew says he wanted to remove his du-rag and hat before speaking with them.

Police are saying that Rivers had just robbed a Chase Bank before the interview.
