U2 are being accused of takign parts of a song by Paul Rose to create "The Fly" from Achtung Baby. Rose claims that the band was looking for inspiration when they heard a demo of his song, "Nae Slappin."

Rose had sent the song to Island record executives, the label that U2 had signed to in 1989. The lawsuit calls for songwriting credit on "The Fly" along with $5 million in damages and fees.
