Arizona Man Claims Asphalt is Too Hot, Police Say He’s Resisting Arrest

34-year-old Marc Cordell LeBeau is facing charges for resisting arrest on Monday. He says he didn't mean to, the pavement was just too hot to lie down on.

LeBeau was pulled over for doing 95 mph in a 65-mph zone and was initially charged with driving under the influence. The uncensored video shows him screaming about how hot it is.
