In the past few weeks, homes across the U.S. and Canada have been getting packages of sex toys that they did not order and Amazon has no idea why.

Originally the boxes contained random gifts, but recently more and more of them are packed with marital aids. “At first I believed it to be a mistake,” one woman said. "I looked [the sex toy] up, and it’s $25, which is sort of substantial. It seems so personal.”

Amazon is investigating into the reports they've received from customers who've had unsolicited packages delivered.

At least 40 different items were sent to students at universities in Canada with a total cost well over $1,000. A couple in Boston says that they've had 25 deliveries made to their home since October.

Former Amazon workers think this may be part of an international scam.
