Kim Thayill Turns Off Soundgarden From the Radio Guitarist Kim Thayil says he does the opposite of me when Soundgarden comes on the radio.  He turns it off.  He says he prefers to control when he hears the voice of the late great Chris Cornell.  An Artist Legacy featuring 11 previously unreleased Cornell tracks is in stores tomorrow.

Ringo Starr Glad to Be Heard Better on White Album Reissue Ringo Starr is thankful for the producer of the recently expanded version of The Beatles’ White Album.  The new mixes apparently make his drum sound stand out more than they used to.
