A 911 operator with the Houston Police Department is being accused of hanging up on callers with emergencies just because she wasn't in the mood to help.

Crenshanda Williams was a telecommunicator for the Houston Emergency Center since July of 2014 and is now being charged with interference with an emergency telephone call. Her supervisors began to notice a large number of calls lasting less than twenty seconds on her logs.

An investigation found that Williams had disconnected thousands of calls between October 2015 and March 2016. Of those calls were some pertaining to robbery and homicide.

A notable call came from a security officer who was attempting to report a street racing incident. Williams answered the call with, "Houston 911, do you need medical, police or fire?"

The caller responds with "This is Officer Molten. I'm driving on 45 South right now and I am at..." that's when Williams ended the call.

The recording captured Williams saying, "Ain't nobody got time for this. For Real."
